Child Safety Standards

Effective Date: August 25, 2026

RealDate is a social and dating service for adults aged 18 and over. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and prohibit any content or behavior that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers children.

1. Prohibited Content and Conduct

Users must not use RealDate to create, upload, request, share, store, or distribute:

• Child sexual abuse material or any sexualized depiction of a child.
• Sexual grooming, exploitation, trafficking, or solicitation of a child.
• Content that facilitates or promotes the abuse or exploitation of children.
• Attempts to evade age controls or misrepresent a user's age.

2. Prevention and Enforcement

RealDate requires users to be at least 18 years old. We use account controls, user reporting, moderation, and safety review processes to help prevent and detect violations. We may remove content, restrict or permanently terminate accounts, preserve relevant information, and report suspected CSAE to appropriate authorities or organizations as required by law.

3. Reporting a Concern

Anyone can report suspected CSAE, grooming, or other child-safety concerns connected with RealDate by emailing realdate@spreadingood.com. Please include the relevant username, profile or message details, links or screenshots when available, and a description of the concern. Do not send illegal material as an attachment.
